It's not easy being made out of bones and meat and electricity. Is God the biggest abortionist? People crowding John. People abusing people. People helping people - with electricity. I actually thought I was going to throw up for a second.

Wendy: I'm with you on the throttling of the bitch who hurt that little 5 year old.
John: My guess is it's a parent thing and though Wendy is not a parent, she seems to have parent like tendencies.
I met a woman with full sleeve tribal black lite tattoos in a seedy filth pit of a club in Brixton (London's home of Punk.) She worked in an ultra posh Kensington area nursery with young children during the day.
I think you guys are going to be impressed by the Dalai Lama's pragmatic scientific mind and also by how funny he is in person. I'm seeing him the week before you guys for the 3rd time.
Great show. Larry "Bud" Mellman was Calvert DeForrest, and I'll be mourning him. He was hilarious, whether intentionally or not.
"Can't we just be gaseous intellects that float around and think about philosophy and space time continuum...."
That's the best line I've heard in a long time! It pretty much sums up what I think most days- I just haven't been able to put that thought into words, until now.
Brilliant, John!
Oh, I'll date myself with this one:
"Come to Dispensa's Castle of Toys. OakBrook Terrace. Illinois."
ECT is still used sometimes, in extreme cases such as this woman's.
For the first time ever, I have bought food exclusively because of a recommendation on a podcast. I bought Edy's real fruit bars the other day based on John's glowing review. And I don't think I've ever bought popsicles before, in my life. One supermarket only had Lime and Orange Cream, and another had those plus Coconut, so I got the coconut. No sign of Peach. But the Coconut was great. It really is packed with real fruit!
