Blind vs deaf? You said "think of no music." Reframe the question. "Would you rather give up audio podcasts or video podcasts". Me? Vidcasts. Out of my 120 or so subscriptions, maybe 8 are vidcasts. And if I'm blind, I can still LISTEN to the vidcasts. "Mr. Deity" and "Ask A Caucasian Dressed Up Like an Japanese Dude" would still be great even without the visual.
The charge on that stream of consciousness student was maybe "uttering" or "threatening speech" (but I'm no lawyer and I'm talking outta my ass heah). Either that or "committing something harmless that , if we don't prosecute, the media will crucify our staff, school board and local cops".

Nobel endowed the Peace Prize fund with a piece of his Dynamite dollars. Just as Carnegie spent some of his Robber Baron bucks on libraries for towns & cities all over the US. Now if THEY had podcasts, they'd better not be whiny.
Last time I heard (quite a while back), each Nobel Prize came with over $200k in prize money. So imagine how much he would've had to invest so that the interest pays out over a mil a year in today's dollars.
